Generated Evaluation Report Summary
Facial structures appeared symmetrical at rest and during movement. Adequate lip seal and bilabial approximation were demonstrated. Dentition was in primary stage exhibiting Class I (normal molar relationship). Lingual frenum appeared typical with full range of motion with adequate tongue-tip elevation to the alveolar ridge and smooth lateralization. Hard palate vaulted arch was intact. Soft palate demonstrated symmetrical velar elevation during sustained phonation (/a/). Uvula appeared normal and intact. Palatine tonsils were within normal limits. Diadochokinetic (DDK) syllable repetition rates (/pʌ/, /tʌ/, /kʌ/, /pʌtəkə/) demonstrated age-appropriate velocity with smooth motor sequencing. Pure tone hearing screening was passed bilaterally at 20 dB HL (500–4000 Hz). Voice quality was judged to be normal with normal resonance characteristics.
